  1. Books and assessment tools are mainly for students who major in our program and students who are now taking the “psychology assessment” course.
  2. Reservation starts from one week after the semester starts to one week before the final exam. Reservation is closed during winter and summer vacation when all the books and assessments are checked.
  3. The borrower must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of the assessment materials and is prohibited from making any copies.
  4. The reservation form must be completed at least one day (before 4:30 p.m.) before your ideal reserved date. If the form is not completed in full or if it is submitted past the deadline, the reservation procedure will be delayed.
  5. Psychology assessments are only for individual use and must be reserved in person. For course or group assessment needs, please contact the department office directly.
  6. Please do not make any notes on books and assessment materials. Answer sheets are allowed to make a copy.
  7. Each person is allowed to reserve only one set of the same book or assessment materials per time; the maximum number of books or assessment materials that can be reserved at once is 3 sets.
  8. • The reserved period for books and assessment materials is generally one week (7 days). If the return date falls on a holiday, the due date will be extended to the next working day. If an extension is needed, a request must be submitted in advance via email or phone to the department office (extensions can be made for a maximum of 7 days and can only be requested once). However, if another student has already made an advance reservation, the items cannot be extended anymore.
